• Jim Price

Jim Price joined HRT in September of 2008 and serves as HRT’s Vice President of Rail Operations. Jim has over 20 years of transit rail experience and participated in initial start-up operations of three light rail systems including Baltimore, Salt Lake City and Seattle. Jim was a key participant of the successful 2002 Winter Olympics Transportation effort the provided light rail service to the Opening and Closing ceremonies and carrying 100,000 daily riders during the two week event

Jim received a Masters’ Degree in Intermodal Transportation Management from the University of Denver and possesses a duel Bachelor’s degree in Project Management and Business Management. Jim has had several technical papers published and served as chairperson of the APTA Light Rail User Group.
