The Transportation District Commission of Hampton Roads will conduct a public hearing in its Conference Room, First Floor, 1500 Monticello Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia, on Thursday, December 11, 2008, at 10 a.m., concerning the adoption of a resolution to acquire by eminent domain title to the properties located in Norfolk, VA.
